ImmunizeYourKids.com was developed by a group of community leaders in Shelby County who saw the need to educate parents about the importance of vaccinating their children. The individuals worked together during the 2008-2009 class of Leadership Shelby County to provide printed materials to parents of incoming kindergartners in the Shelby County School System, and to provide this web site as a local resource for those parents.
